Fhecor Ingenieros Consultores carried out the dynamic supervision process for the building structure project:
- Validation of the design criteria considered in the basic project in accordance with current regulations: gravitational loads, characterization of existing materials, wind-induced actions, etc.
- Analysis of the proposed structural solutions in terms of their compatibility with the existing structure, the characteristics of the foundation soil, construction conditions, cost assessment, and execution timelines, among other aspects.
- Verification of the level of definition and detail of the project documentation in order to ensure that construction companies have sufficient information to submit their bids and build the structure.
- Drafting of the documents required to validate the intervention in terms of its compatibility with the protection of the building’s internal structure, as required by the Madrid City Council and the CPPHAN (Commission for the Protection of Historical, Artistic and Natural Heritage).
