Segment 3C of North Tarrant Expressway is a 6.7 mile long stretch connecting Heritage Trace Parkway and Eagle Parkway, located to the North-East of Fort Worth. The project consists in incorporating new Managed Lanes to the existing highway and involves the remodelling of the Junctions at Heritage Parkway, Golden Triangle Blvd and Keller Hicks Blvd, as well as the design of two braided ramps.

FHECOR was responsible for the detailed design of the structures (EOR).
