It is a mezzanine floor executed with lattice beams with a mixed upper chord capable of saving spans of 18mx18m, and which are supported on self-compacting concrete screeds on the existing pillars, which gives them greater capacity and rigidity.
The project, which was developed by Fhecor Consulting Engineers and Ineco in 2018, is being executed by Sacyr with a budget of close to 30 million euros, and aims to increase the Airport"s capacity to operate international flights with large aircraft.
