The project is a grade separation consisting of a bridge and a tunnel, which have completely changed the traffic flow at the intersection between Madame Lynch St and Aviadores St, removed the existing congestion and improved general traffic flow in Asuncion city.

One of the main features of this project is the construction process of the tunnel that has been excavated with walls under water level using a system of pumps. Furthermore, prestressed concrete beams with a span of 35 meters were raised, establishing a new record of lifting in Paraguay.
