The parking facility is located on Paseo de la Castellana, next to the Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, in the Chamartín district of Madrid.
It has been designed with three underground levels, plus a mezzanine basement level, constructed with solid slabs and pile-columns. The metallic columns are founded on a single pile each. The parking facility provides a total of 1,229 parking spaces, with dimensions of 5.00 x 2.50 m and 4.50 x 2.50 m (or larger for PMR spaces). The height between floor slabs is 3.20 m.
The work involved developing a BIM model of the parking facility with a Level of Detail (LOD) 300.
