The construction project of the new Club de Mar at Palma de Mallorca is getting started. FHECOR is collaborating with the architectural firm Entresitio to develop this important project, which includes: - The demolition and new construction of the buildings of the Club de Mar and its parking building. The 4-story building will consist of several volumes communicated with each other by elevated crossings. The two lower stories will be permanently accessible by pedestrians and bikes, connecting the promenade with the maritime commercial stations through the building itself. - Extension of the dock No 7 and new dock No 8 in order to be able to receive larger recreational crafts. - Widening of the promenade from 4.0 meters to 8.6 meters to solve the current narrowing at its northern limit.
