The construction of the pedestrian footbridge at the Padre Anchieta junction of the TF-5 freeway in La Laguna, Tenerife, is underway. In 2018, FHECOR's proposal won the ideas competition, leading to the drafting of the Construction Project in 2019. Currently, in collaboration with TRAZAS INGENIERÍA, S.L., we oversee and control the execution of the works. The proposed walkway ascends in the form of a ring, effectively interconnecting the urban and university areas with the transport interchange. Accessible ramps comply with the latest accessibility standards. Simultaneously, the circumferential shape of the walkway adds visual dynamism to the urban complex it is integrated into.
