Empresa Municipal de Transportes de Madrid, S.A. (EMT), the body that manages the transport space in Madrid, has contracted FHECOR for the DRAWING-UP OF THE CONSTRUCTION PROJECT, ASSISTANT MANAGEMENT AND HEALTH AND SAFETY COORDINATION OF THE WORKS FOR THE ADAPTATION OF THE MONTALBÁN UNDERGROUND PARKING IN MADRID.
The scope of the works consists of drafting the Basic Project, the Structural Testing Campaign, and the Execution Project. Once the works have been awarded, we will also carry out the works of Project Management and Health and Safety Coordination during its execution.
The subway parking lot has two floors with an approximate surface area of 8,000 m2 each and a total of 275 parking spaces.
