We are delighted to announce that the San Vicente footbridge that FHECOR was building in collaboration with the NGO Bridges To Prosperity (B2P), was finally completed last Saturday in Nicaragua!
The structure spans 67 m over the Gusanera River in the district of Jinotega and will provide safe access to thousands of people in the area. From now on, thanks to this footbridge, around 4000 people from the vicinities will be able to go to work, medical facilities, markets or schools without risking their lives.
This footbridge becomes the second project that FHECOR completes in collaboration with B2P, after the completion of the Monte Verde footbridge in May last year, also in Nicaragua.
